For me, a binge can be...I can relate to this post. For me, a binge can be triggered when I eat just one little thing "wrong." Like if I have a french fry and I wasn't planning on it, that can trigger me to think, "Well, I had one french fry, I might as well eat three large servings." I need to stop myself from thinking I need to binge when I overeat just a little. I either don't over eat at all or I overeat a little and then turn it into a binge. I can just be okay with overeating a little instead of going from one extreme to the other.
