prepared for the new year

In honor of all you "I'm really gonna do it this is the year gonna go get some Hydroxycut/xenadrine/crack-cocaine gonna start eating low carb/all carb/paleo/cabbage gonna hit the gym* for an extreme body makeover cause I've bought into all the diet industry's new year's resolution hype" people......
however good your intentions may be.....
I give you.....

...my new favorite shirt!

Happy New Year!

*ok so I do plan on hitting the gym this year, but only because I still have the next 10 months prepaid and I can't get my money back (I asked) and it would be an ok thing if I could climb a flight of stairs without getting winded. But I promise not to be obnoxious about it, and I will NOT be going to the gym to lose weight!

I like your shirt. Doesn't it suck when you can't get your money back on something that you've paid for and have decided you don't need/want anymore. I have had that happen to me a few times. I'm glad you aren't going to the gym to lose weight. You look awesome in your picture, so you don't need to. Thinking of you!

Love the shirt! It is so, so, so true! I was at work today with the radio on and it made me sick how many diet ads there were.

We know that ED lies. I'm thankful that I'm at a place where these things barely trigger me.

It's never worth it. Stay strong!

Sairs- yeah I know, right? I signed up when I was thinking that excercise was totally going to help my depression. Since then I discovered that #1 the gym is borring and #2 I dont need to go to the gym to excercise. I also thought that the obscene amount of money I spent on the membership would motivate me to go there but so far it has not. I think I got hosed on the whole deal.

P.S, ladies you can get the shirt at cafepress.com but beware they run small.

if you're going to the gym because you enjoy the healthy workout, that sounds really good - something i wish i did.

if, however, it's not a good thing for you, then i'd say, "don't go". yes you paid the money, but if the outcome is negative, the money is worse spent if you go. and better spent if you stay home.

does that make any sense?

Shirt. ORDERED!!! I love it!

Yeah the gym sign up stuff is nuts. I need to talk to mine maybe put a hold on it. But I guess I could still work out my lower body and use the cardio stuff.

Good luck in the new year

Hate to Weight- the gym is not dangerous for me, just borring. Really, really borring. Plus the air there is really dry and it dries up my sinuses. And the lights and mirrors give me a headache. Grrr I want my money back!!

David- My membership was on hold for six months because I never went. I took it off hold the first week of December because I was going to start going back but guess what I havent gone once since then!
P.S. you are gonna rock that shirt!
